02 Agreement — A simple DocuSign: $1,995 standard, or Charter terms for the first 10 clubs. Paid Panels get a payment link next.
03 Questionnaire — About an hour of GM time, on a private link. Best estimates welcome; your progress saves automatically.
04 Readout — Within 3 business days of submission: the written report, then a 30-minute walkthrough call. You see it before your board does.

04 / Pricing

One price. Credited forward.

$1,995, fixed. No hourly meter, no scope creep.
Credited in full toward a Club Plan begun within 90 days — if the Panel says you need more work, you've already paid for the first $1,995 of it.
First 10 Charter Clubs: no fee. In exchange for candid feedback and — only if earned — a reference approved in writing. Limited to the first ten.
No search, design, construction, or transaction fees sit behind the advice. The recommendation is the product.

No — by design. You see the report first. Candid self-ratings stay confidential and are never shared with your board. You walk in as the leader who brought clarity, not the subject of an audit. Nothing goes onward without you.

"It's based on our own answers — how can it tell us anything new?"

That's the point. Perception gaps compare what leadership believes with what its own numbers say. The surprise is internal inconsistency, not imported opinion.

"$1,995 for a questionnaire?"

You're not buying a form. You're buying deterministic scoring, founder judgment, and a ranked readout in 3 business days — credited in full toward a Club Plan within 90 days. Charter Clubs (first 10) pay nothing.

"How accurate is the score?"

Call it what it is: informed judgment, not empirical fact. Benchmarks are stated as such, and scores are never revised after delivery. False precision would be the red flag.

"Why not a full consulting study?"

Do one — when the question warrants months and five figures. The Panel is the step before that: fast, whole-club triage that tells you whether a deeper study is needed, and where to aim it.
